Are you a young entrepreneur? Have you ever heard of Term Sheet Negotiation? No? Then this is just the course for you! A series of 14 short and to-the-point videos will guide you through all the basic concepts and terms related to a Term Sheet.
What will this course cover?
We want to make sure that you won’t feel completely lost when confronted with a lengthy term sheet. We’ll tell you all about the basics: What IS a term sheet? What are the different components? What goes where?
Even if this course aims to demystify the whole process of interpreting a term sheet, we still want to teach you that it is okay if there remain some things you just cannot grasp. The message is: be honest with yourself, and never sign anything that you don’t understand!
